Creating lasting change
Every organisation has its own challenges. Every leader has a different story. Every team is unique. But one principle remains constant.
People flourish when they feel understood.
The projects below show how evidence-based behavioural science, combined with genuine human understanding, has helped organisations strengthen leadership, improve well-being and build healthier workplace cultures
EDUCATION
Building resilient schools
When staff thrive, students succeed
The challenge
A secondary school faced declining morale, high staff absence and significant organisational change following a poor school inspection report.
Our approach
Through coaching, behavioural science and leadership development we helped staff strengthen resilience, confidence and collaboration.
The Outcome
Staff absence reduced by almost 40%
Improved student outcomes
Stronger leadership culture
School removed from improvement measures.

Rediscovering the Leader Within
“Working with Chintha during a particularly challenging period for our school transformed the way I saw myself as a leader. For the first time in my teaching career, I was encouraged to explore what truly motivated and inspired me. Those conversations gave me greater clarity, renewed purpose and a stronger sense of direction for the future.”
Rachel Mansell, Secondary School Teacher and Senior Leader
The Challenge
A leading UK conservation organisation wanted to create a more inclusive workplace to reflect the global environment they represent. Leaders recognised that lasting change would require more than policies. It would require honest conversations, reflection and shared ownership.
Our Approach
In partnership with Deborah Asante, we designed and facilitated a series of psychologically safe conversations, bringing together colleagues from different teams and backgrounds. Through structured dialogue, participants explored the survey findings, shared experiences and developed practical recommendations for embedding inclusion into everyday working life.
The Outcome
The programme generated practical recommendations across six key areas, including organisational culture, leadership and talent development. It also created measurable change:
96% considered how to embed inclusive practices into their work.
65% had already begun taking practical action.
Around 60% reported a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion.
Lasting impact
The project demonstrated that meaningful organisational change begins by creating spaces where people feel safe to listen, challenge assumptions and contribute openly.
“People felt able to have conversations they had previously avoided.”

CONSERVATION
Creating Inclusive Cultures Through Meaningful Conversation
Helping a national conservation organisation strengthen inclusion, leadership and organisational culture
LIFE SCIENCES
Turning Scientific Excellence into Team Excellence
Helping a growing biotechnology company strengthen collaboration, communication and strategic leadership
The challenge
A growing biotechnology company wanted to strengthen collaboration within its Clinical Development team. While rich in scientific expertise and innovation, continued growth depended on improving communication, shared leadership and team effectiveness.
Our approach
Using behavioural science, individual coaching and facilitated workshops, we helped the team understand their strengths, motivations and responses under pressure. Together, they explored how individual differences influenced collaboration and developed practical ways of working more effectively together.
The outcomes
Stronger communication across the team.
Greater shared accountability and more effective decision-making.
Leaders adopted a coaching approach that strengthened collaboration and continuous learning.
Lasting impact
By developing greater self-awareness and a shared language for discussing performance, the team built stronger foundations for innovation, trust and sustainable growth.
"The team developed a shared language for collaboration"

The challenge
Many capable professionals have the knowledge and experience to succeed but hesitate when faced with greater responsibility or leadership. Self-doubt and fear of judgement often prevent talented people from reaching their full potential.
Our approach
The Inside Job is a ten-week, compassion-focused leadership development programme that combines behavioural science, reflective learning and practical application. Participants strengthen self-awareness, emotional resilience and authentic confidence.
The outcomes
Participants consistently report:
Greater self-trust and confident decision-making.
Increased confidence with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Improved emotional resilience under pressure.
Greater willingness to embrace new opportunities.
Stronger leadership presence.
Lasting impact
Now in its third successful year, The Inside Job has supported professionals across Sri Lanka, the UK and the Middle East, helping them build lasting confidence by understanding themselves more deeply.
"Participants described feeling more confident to lead as themselves"

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Building Confident Professionals from Inside Out
Helping early and mid-career professionals develop the confidence to lead with authenticity
Every team and organisation has its own story
Whether we are supporting schools, charities, scientific teams or individual leaders, our purpose remains the same.
