Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (2020)
We partnered with a leading environmental organisation to design and deliver a DEI programme that engaged over 500 staff through surveys and facilitated conversations. The work built confidence, surfaced lived experiences, and generated practical actions on culture, leadership, recruitment, and inclusion. The result was a clear roadmap for embedding DEI principles across the organisation.
