Building Trust. Strengthening Teams

Evidence-based team development that creates trust, psychological safety and high performance.

Why many teams struggle

Your team does not need another away day.

Teams rarely struggle because people do not care. They struggle because trust has eroded, conversations become guarded, accountability weakens and people lose sight of shared purpose.

Real team rebuilds the conditions that allow people to do their best work together.

Research consistently shows that high-performing teams share five core characteristics

How We Help Teams Grow

Understand

Listen before prescribing

Evidence-based diagnostics reveal strengths, barriers and opportunities

Develop

Build trust through action

Workshops, coaching and practical follow-through create lasting behavioural change

Measure

Demonstrate impact

Review progress, embed learning and sustain performance over time

Case Study

Building Confidence. Creating Change.

Melissa Latchman

Senior Communities Manager, Flo’s – The Place in the Park, Oxford

The challenge

A newly formed team of working-class Black and Brown mothers was committed and capable, but mainly people:

  • underestimated the value of their contribution

  • hesitated to speak

  • lacked confidence to influence decisions.

The challenge wasn’t technical skills, it was creating a team culture where

everyone felt able to contribute.

The approach

Rather than traditional team-building activities, we focused on:

  • building trust and psychological safety

  • helping people recognise their strengths

  • encouraging honest conversations and respectful challenge

The outcome

Over time the team became noticeably more confident.

People began to:

  • speak up and challenge outdated practices

  • support one another more openly

  • influence change across the wider organisation.

“My team, made up of working-class, Black and Brown mothers, is new and often struggled to see the value and impact of their work. Through Chintha’s patience and understanding, they are now embracing their true power—not imposters, but change makers. This growing confidence is transforming not just our team, but the organisation. They’re now boldly challenging norms, breaking down barriers, and driving real equity. This is powerful work.”
