Meet Chintha
For over thirty years I have worked alongside leaders, teams and organisations across education, healthcare, charities, government and international business.
Over the years I have learned something simple. People rarely resist change. They resist feeling misunderstood.
That is why I combine behavioural science with curiosity, compassion and practical experience. I help people have the conversations that create lasting change.
My role isn't to tell organisations who they should become. It is to help them discover the strengths they already have.
Why this work matters to me
Having lived and worked across different cultures, I have experienced first-hand how differently people communicate , lead and build relationships.
Those experiences shaped my understanding that there is never one right way to lead. Only better ways to understand each other.
That perspective shapes every coaching conversation, mediation and leadership programme I deliver today.
