Now in its third successful year, The Inside Job supports participants to strengthen the inner foundations of confidence - so that their values, capability, and performance are matched by how they show up each day.

Programme at a glance:

  • 10 weekly live online sessions (90 minutes each) via Zoom

  • Cohorts timed for Sri Lanka Standard Time (GMT +5:30)

  • Small interactive groups with participants from Sri Lanka and overseas.

  • In English and support in basic Sinhalese

  • Optional Wave Focus Styles & Executive Aptitude psychometrics to personalise development.

    • Maximum of 12 participants to ensure depth, trust and quality-high coaching.

For the 2026 cohort, all profits from participant fees will be donated to Alliance Development Trust, a highly respected non-profit supporting families affected by leprosy and related stigma across Sri Lanka.
